2. Account Registration
To access certain features of Turnie, you may be required to create an account and provide personal information, such as your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Eligibility
By using Turnie, you represent and warrant that:
- > You are at least 18 years old, or you have a legal guardian who has accepted these Terms on your behalf.
- > You have not been previously suspended or removed from using Turnie.
- > You have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Turnie in accordance with the following guidelines:
- > You will not use Turnie for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- > You will not upload, post, or share any images, notes, or other content to which you do not have the necessary rights or that contains illegal, offensive, or explicit material.
- > You will not engage in activities that could harm or disrupt the operation of Turnie or its services.
5. User-Generated Content
By uploading, posting, or sharing content in Turnie, you affirm that you have the rights to the content. You grant Justin HQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content for the purposes of operating and improving the app.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or share in Turnie. Justin HQ does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
6. Subscription Services
Turnie features are available to all Users. Your active subscription determines applicable usage limits and thresholds. You can review your current limits in the Subscription screen within the app. Subscription payments are managed through third-party services (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). All payment-related issues are subject to the terms of these platforms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective platform (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Justin HQ does not issue refunds for any subscription fees, partial periods, unused time, or in-app purchases once a transaction has been processed.
Paid-tier access remains active for the full duration of the paid term. Access remains through and including the last day of the paid term, after which the subscription will not renew unless you have enabled auto-renewal through the applicable platform.
Subscription Downgrade & Grace Period. If your subscription expires and your account data exceeds the thresholds permitted under your new (lower or free) subscription tier, you will be granted a 7-day grace period beginning on the first day after the paid term ends. During this grace period you must take one of the following actions to bring your account back within the applicable limits:
- > Reinstate your subscription — resume a paid subscription that covers your current usage level; or
- > Delete content yourself — manually remove content within the app to bring your account under the applicable subscription thresholds; or
- > Allow automatic purge — permit the system to automatically remove content according to the systemic logic in place at the time, in order to bring your account within the applicable thresholds.
The 7-day grace period begins immediately upon subscription expiration and cannot be paused, extended, or delayed for any reason. If no action is taken before the grace period expires, the system may automatically purge content as described above. If you have questions about this process, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Third-Party Services
Turnie may contain links to third-party websites, services, and content that are not operated or controlled by Justin HQ. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services.
Turnie integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- > Google Maps for location and mapping services
- > Google Cloud Services for cloud-based data storage
- > RevenueCat for subscription management
- > Google Play Store and Apple App Store for payment processing and distribution
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
9. Termination
Justin HQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Turnie at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your account and all associated data is subject to be permanently deleted.
Upon termination, your right to use Turnie will immediately cease. Any outstanding obligations, including payment of fees, will survive termination.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Turnie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Justin HQ does not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruption. In no event will Justin HQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use Turnie, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
12. Changes to the Terms
Justin HQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Modified Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of Turnie after the modifications take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
